The AGM is an opportunity for members to review the Group’s activities and achievements over the past year, receive Committee updates and contribute to discussions on the future direction of the organisation.

We are pleased to welcome Jake Koumoundouros, Acting Manager, Infrastructure Coordination and Planning Program and Integration, Housing, Building and Land Delivery, Department of Transport and Planning, as our guest speaker. Jake will speak on Infrastructure and Development Staging in Precinct Structure Plans and discuss the implications for local government, development planning, and the valuation profession. This informative presentation will offer valuable insights into current planning reforms and future growth areas across Victoria.
